Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
Redwood Growthworks AI ("Redwood," "we," "us") helps Sonoma County home improvement companies respond to leads and follow up with customers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form (for example, the Leakage Test request), we collect what you enter: your name, business name, city or town, trade, typical project size, phone number, website and email address.
- Information from our conversations. If you call, text, email, chat with us or book a meeting, we keep a record of those messages and any details you share.
- Public business information. To prepare a Leakage Test, we look at publicly available information about your business, such as your website, Google Business Profile and online reviews, and we may place test calls or inquiries the way a customer would.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, ours automatically records technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location based on IP address. We use cookies and similar tools to keep forms working and to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your Leakage Test and scorecard
- To respond to you, schedule conversations and provide services you ask for
- To send text messages and emails you've agreed to receive
- To improve our website, services and communications
- To keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may text you about your request, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email, scheduling, payment and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Redwood, our clients or others.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
Our AI tools
We use AI-powered tools, including chat and voice assistants, to answer inquiries and send follow-ups. Conversations with these tools may be recorded and stored so we can deliver and improve the service. If you'd rather speak with a person, just ask.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email us at [email protected].
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
