These terms apply when you use the Redwood GrowthWorks AI website, request a Leakage Test, or receive messages from us. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Redwood Growthworks AI ("Redwood," "we," "us") provides lead-response and customer follow-up services for home improvement companies, including AI chat, AI voice, follow-up automation, review requests and website services.
The free Leakage Test
The Leakage Test is a free review of how your business responds to a new inquiry. To prepare it, we may call your business during and after business hours, send an inquiry through your website and review public information such as your Google reviews. By requesting a Leakage Test, you agree that we may do this. The scorecard is yours to keep. Requesting a test doesn't obligate you to buy anything.
Paid services
If you sign up for a paid service, the price, trial terms, billing schedule and what's included will be set out in your order or written agreement with us. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to help you respond faster and follow up more consistently, but we don't promise any specific number of leads, jobs, sales or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, pricing, team and the quality of your work.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using the website
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false or someone else's information. The content, design and branding on this site belong to Redwood Growthworks AI and may not be copied without permission.
Third-party services
Our site and services rely on third-party tools, such as scheduling, forms, messaging and payment providers. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is." We try to keep information accurate and up to date but don't guarantee it is complete or error-free. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Redwood Growthworks AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the website or the free Leakage Test.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
